I'm looking for a buttery style chardonnay. How does the Master's Ed Austr, All Juice Chard and Renaissance Australian Chard compare--Anyone made all three?
I am 8 weeks into the all juice chard. My primary fermentation went in about 5 days. I racked into a carboy lees and all. I did battonage for 3 weeks and the soft mouth feel is already showing.
I havent done the others but there is still time : )
