I have done two white wines now and have loved both. I want to
try a Chard and want to know from all of you smart wine makers which
one is the best.

The unoaked and the Australian are my biggest selling Chards. I have been pleased with both, as well as the MM All Juice Chardonnay. The flavor profiles on the web site are very accurate and I would go with the one that best suits your tastes. (Have I said that before?)

Thank you George. I think I will try one of each, Unoaked and
oaked. Is the Washington Chard as good as the Australian?

I have a WE Selection Chardonnay/Semillon bulk aging right now.
I've never tried it yet, so I can't comment on it's taste. I'm
sure it's good though, it is oaked unlike the Australian and the estate
series one.

I have made both and like both of them. I agree with George's comments on the profiles. I don't think you will go wrong making either.
