Chardonnay smell

Hi,
I have been working with mu own chardonnay for two years and having the same heavy smell with the wine. I have tried to refresh it and expose it to some oxygen however it still lasts. I applied bentonite to one of the carboys but it didn't change. Any solutions or information about the reason?

This is not going to end well. Dissolved oxygen in wine can feed spoilage organisms and also creates off-aromas due to (surprise) oxidation.
