Just opened my first bottle of one year-old Chardasia last night. It was very good. I had my doubts since I'd never heard of Malvasia before but I wanted something a little different. I can't really describe the flavor (I'm not good at that at all) but I can say it's a very enjoyable wine. I barrel fermented mine to help bread in a new Vadai barrel.

Good to know! I am always looking for something new/different as well. I want to give the CC Showcase Grüner Veltliner a try for my next white. I have had a couple of commercial ones and found them pretty darn tasty
