I warned you all that I was going to have a ton of questions with my second kit. My first kit I just loosely used the primary cover and put a towel over it. This kit, WE pinot grigio, I decided I wanted to see all the bubble action I have heard about so I snapped down the lid and put in the airlock. Well it has been bubbling consistently for 3-4 days now. The directions say torackto the carboy on day 5. DoI wait for bubbles to stop, do I check SG and go based on that??( Of course I would check SG anyway)Will the bubbles stop in the next 24-36 hours?? Thanks for your help as always

The bubbles will not stop in the next few days. When they stop that is an indication that fermentation has ceased. Rack at the specified sg. The days depends on temps etc. If the instructions say 1.010 to 1.020 do it then. It will continue to bubble for 10 -20 more days. Just follow the directions of the kit.

Ive had two that went in three days and a few that took 9 days. Just go
by sg as like appleman said, ferm time can vary quite a bit depending
on temps.
