Last night my son and I decided to test our winemaking skills.
We did all this in 2 ½ hours !

Transferred 6 carboys

Sanitized 133 bottles using the pressurized bottle washer

Bottled and corked all 133 bottles, using the new
precision adjustable vacuum control valve with the Allinone

We bottled the following wines

Carmenere – Chilean Juice - 2016
Old Zinfandel / Syrah - Grapes from California - 2015
Malbec – Chilean Juice -2016
Frontenac - Grapes from local vineyard -2014

That's fantastic. That new valve is a welcome addition.

Looks great. Better get some labels on those before you get them mixed up.

Very impressive for a 2-man operation!

Can you guesstimate how much of the 2-1/2 hours the two of you spent on the 3 tasks?

-transfer of 6 carboys
-sanitation of 133 bottles
-bottling and corking of 133 bottles

This is just a rough quote -
Bottling 20 seconds per bottle ( I slowed it down with the vacuum valve ) = 44.33 min
corking - 10 seconds per bottle = 22.16
transfer and clean carboys 8 min per carboy (6 ) = 56 min
sanitize bottles using the bottle pressure sanitizer - 5 seconds per bottle = 11.08 minutes

I did not include tasting, cleanup telling my son what he should do next - LOL
