Bottleing a week after stabilizing.

I racked my 2015 Muscadine Wine on Tuesday and added K Meta(1/4 tsp per 5gal) and Ksorbate(1/2 tsp per gal). We plan on back sweetining and bottling on this next Monday(6 days later). My question is will I need to add more K meta on bottling day? If so how much? I don't have a So2 meter. Thank you in advance.
 
Agree with Julie. But... wouldn't you want to top off and wait longer than 6 days after stabilization before bottling? You don't mention having used any clearing agents, did you?
 
Gotcha. Reread your OP and noticed the 2015. What threw me off was my only using the term stabilizing for when I stabilize right after fermenting to dry.
