I racked my 2015 Muscadine Wine on Tuesday and added K Meta(1/4 tsp per 5gal) and Ksorbate(1/2 tsp per gal). We plan on back sweetining and bottling on this next Monday(6 days later). My question is will I need to add more K meta on bottling day? If so how much? I don't have a So2 meter. Thank you in advance.
