Just purchased Island Mist Raspberry Dragon Fruit Shiraz and read about boosting it with 1lb. of Corn sugar and 1L of concentrated white grape juice. Anyone have any experience with that?

I have done several Mist type kits and it can be just that simple. I normally make a simple syrup and shoot for 1.08. Sometimes add part of the Fpac to the primary, sometimes I don't.

Have a Peach Apricot Chardonnay clearing right now...shopping for a couple more...they are good swimming pool wines for next summer and they go fast!
