Blackberry Jam oh so good!

I did the 2nd racking today and had about 8 oz left over and back sweetened it some and it was really good for a young wine. We both enjoyed it!

Have red raspberry jam and going to turn that into wine some time next week.

Seven jars of jam. made 2.5 gallons after fining and racking for the 2nd time.
