I will soon be bottling some Black Currant Wine. I never made this before. What do you guys prefer - dry, semi sweet, or sweet ? I tasted it and like it dry but what I've read seems to talk about it being sweet. Thanks
 
I have a batch close to being ready to bottle and I am going to sweeten SLIGHTLY. I have tried it dry and believe a little sweet would help.
 
I have made it before and it makes a pretty good dry wine. However, if your audience prefers semi-sweet, you can back sweeten. I'll take a bottle either way and let you know how I like it.
