Bentonite

I usually make wine from fresh fruit and also juice{REGINA]. I never used bentonite. I superkleer, but do not filter. Most of the wine is usually clear, but sometimes I will have one with some cloudiness and floating particles. Will bentonite solve this problem? I will be buying a filter, will the filter alone without the bentonite solve the problem?
The filter I am considering is the BUON VINO MINI JET, any feedback on this filter. It looks ok to me.

I have the mini Jet. I use it on all my whites. You should clear the wine before usiing the filter.

I use #2 filter. that will take away alot and give your wine a "polish" look. Remember filtering should not be used in place of aging

Bentonite will rid your wine of a protein haze which this could possibly be. Filtering will not get rid of haze or at least not all of it.

Wade; Do you use bentonite on all your wine, ot just the kits if they come with it?
