So my peary may be a bust as it is a little off for my wife's taste but may be better with age. I think the temp was too high in my shop during primary fermentation. Sine I usually learn things the hard way I thought I try another cider, this time Apple. Ya know practice make perfect or a least I hope more drinkable with each batch. So I stopped by the tree top company gift shop. The company HQ is 8 minutes from my house. Wouldn't ya know it but they had apple cider on sale as it was close to the sell by date, if you consider 11-16 close that is. So I picked up 6 gallons for $12. I read the label and no preservatives of any kind just pasteurized apple cider. I hope this next batch is more palatable for my better half. I think I need to stop by there more often, the lady running the shop said they have deals like this all the time. Maybe I need to try some apple wine. Cheers
