Sure does. I do find the banana flavor really pops if when you’re finished you Back sweeten to 1.012 to 1.014.

Think I should worry about he head space left over on the banana, after several rackings to get rid of sediment I was left a lot of head space I’ve been stabilizing it after every racking so I’m not worried about oxidation

Well head space is your enemy. Can you rack to a smaller container or fill up the space with marbles?
