I have 3 gallons of apple wine that needs topping what would you all recommend.

Depends on how much. If it's a bunch, more apple wine. If it's a small amount, apple concentrate, you can buy it at Walmart. Do not top off with water, apple is a lighter flavor wine and you don't want to take the chance of ruining your wine.

Here it is. alcohol is 9.50% ImageUploadedByWine Making1411776593.025464.jpg

Combine these to top off, and get some magnum bottles, or other 1.5L for the remainder.

I keep a series of bottles around that vary in volume from 3L to 350 mL just for transferring topping wines. Swing tops or beer bottles and a capper also work well once they have degassed enough to seal up and remove air locks for topping wine.

Cheers!

You could use some apple juice, which would bring down your alcohol, but at that point you could drink it in a pint glass and call it apple cider.
