Other Apothic White and Red

I have a friend who loves those wines and wants me to see if I can make some that is similar.

Any info on which kits would be close to those?

Most any of the higher end kits will be as good or better than the Apothic Red. It is a blend so look for a dry, red blend kit.
Probably either an RJS or WE.

Haven't had the white. I think it may be a blend too.

I think Enigma would be similar to Apothic Red. Not sure on Apothic white.

Cellar craft showcase "Mystic Red" was made to be very close to Apothic Red

And I think Mystic from the CC Showcase line is meant to hop on that red-blend bandwagon, too.

Not sure about the white, either. Apothic White has been blends of {Chardonnay, Riesling, and Pinot Grigio} or {Chardonnay, Riesling, and Moscato} at various times. (Perhaps other blends, too; I did not check extensively.)

I have the WE Enigma in a secondary now. It's like the mystic, but I was able to ferment to dry; and I added some concentrate in the primary; 30g of French medium toast oak cubes in the finish: and will add some tannin riche extra before bottling.

It will be head and shoulders better than Appthic Red. (I hope)
