Another MLF ?

Ok guys, This topic has come up from timt to time in our wine club. I have seen both ways....

I have read that you should add to the secondary after fermentation is complete (with the fine lees) and after you add k-meta.

Another way i've read is after you transfer out of the secondary.

You can not use k-meta if going to do MLF and it should be done when fermentation is done.
 
Timing is up to you, but like Wade says- DO NOT ADD K-META UNTIL MLF IS DONE. If you add it before, you can prevent the malo from beginning until the S)2 levels drop enough. You also need to make sure the pH is above 3.1- 3.2 for it to begin.

opps! I meant to say BEFORE! adding k-meta
