But I was wondering what about the big WHITE wine

would it be a Chardonnay? or would it be another white wine that stirs up the imagination...probably, but if so, what kit would it be, no $$$$$$ limit?

What would be your all time favorite( tough call) white wine from a kit, cost is not an issue??????? 6:37 A.M here out west so so I will be happy to wait for your wisdom, those who wish to reply
