Primary fermentation. Put in yeast a few hours ago, no activity in the airlock for the Pino Grigio or the Merlot (the Cab is going like crazy) Should I be worried?
 
Not yet and give it a few days depending on the temp of the room it is in. You should see something going on then.

You have it sealed with airlock?

and YES ... way too soon to panic ... at least 24 hours

Keep the temp in the 70's. just lay the lid on top w/ no airlock. in 24-36 hours it will take off

I agree - way to early to panic. You should see some results within 24-48 hours.
