Add K meta & metatartaric acid 'after' filtering?

Is it okay to add K meta & metatartaric acid "after" filtering? Will either of these cause "re-clouding" of the wine?
 
That being said I doubt either of these will cause a problem. I added both right before bottling and didnt have any problem at all.
 
I am coming off a cold stabilize too so I kinda need to filter right away unless I want to rack an additional time. I think I will add after based on the split vote! Thanks.
 
I always rack immediately after cold stabilizing. I wait though until the wine comes back to room temperature before running any tests or I take them before CS. I add chemicals any time it's convenient. Usually during racking but like Wade sometimes just before bottling. (a day or two)
