LOOKS LIKE GOOD PLACE TO PUT THIS.


MUST HAVE PUT THIS IN WRONG PLACE BEFOR
THERE WAS LOTS OF DISCUSSION THIS SPRING ABOUT
MAKING DANDELION WINE. I AM THINK ABOUT MAKING
5 GAL. THIER ARE LOTS OF DAANDELIONS OUT NOW.
THIER ARE LOTSOF PRO AND CON ABOUT THIS WINE.
WOULD LIKE SOME COMMENTS. COME ON GUYS, I KNOW
THERE IS LOTSOUT THEIR.

I have 2 1/2 gallons in the primary using a Jack Keller recipe. The must looks nasty but has a nice citrus smell from the lemons and oranges. It took 22 1/2 cups of petals! That is a lot of dandelion picking and plucking--trust me. I will update my previous post as the wine progresses. It looks like it will take about a year before I will have a final verdict.
 
As I have never made or even tasted it I have nothing. I wiil make a gallon batch this year though.
