Hi, I need help with a project I'm doing, I would appreciate any help. What are the prices of wine yeasts in industrial amounts? How do people in the industry buy it? In tonnes? Ounces? Thanks a lot!

Some retail vendors supply yeast in 500-gram "bricks" which could do, i believe, somewhere in the 75 gallon - 100 gallons worth of wine

Above that, i've seen 1kg & 10kg packages, but you'd have to call someone like Scotts Lab for a quote on prices because they dont post them
