Which yeast aroma do you prefer?

When you've made enough wine, you probably won't even notice it any more. I can't say that I notice it.

I ove fruit wines but the smell emanating from a vigorous red is awesome!
 
I probably have a lot more whites available than most of you, but some of them are so fragrant, yet not flowery that the smell is just incomparable.


Yes the reds smell great, but man the spices and citrusy, fruity smells from some of the whites like LaCrescent and Petite Amie are indescribeable!

White wines??? What are those??? I remember doing a white wine a couple of years ago.

I think he is just teasing us! But I do think white wines smell differently then reds. Still like both so my vote stays all of the above
