I use Yeast Energizer along with Yeast Nutrient in all my fruit based wines...I feel it gives an added boost for the yeast to grow in a nutrient deficient must....Have never had a slow or suborn fermentation since I started using both.

I see the ingredients are Diammonium Phosphate [DAP], Yeast Hulls [Biotin] Magnesium Sulphate and Vitamin B Complex...

So...when I am measuring it out....which of these ingredients makes my nose tickle...then sneeze...??? Is it just my personal reaction to it...???

Mu husband gets DAP delivered in 6 ton loads to spread on the fields...his is mixed with other fertilizer ingredients...so I am not about to go out and scoop any out of the spreader...I gather DAP is Nitrogen...

This sounds like a good one for PeterZ! I agree as the energizer really
gets and keeps things going in the fermentation department.

Diammonium phosphate has both N (nitrogen) and P (phosphorus). Those are the first two elements in the classic fertilizer NPK trinity. The K is potassium, as in K-meta. Yeast hulls are a soup of chemicals, mag sulfate (MgSO4) is a buffer, and Vitamin B is Vitamin B.

What tickles your nose? Could be any of them. Everyone has different sensetivities. If you don't react to the DAP on your husband's clothes after he spreads it on the fields, then it is one of the other ingredients.

Thanks Peter..it seems there is a sweet oder in the bottle that just sends me sneezing...I like the smell and find it kind of novel that it affects me that way..it is all over once the powder is stirred into the liquid....

Yeast Hulls might be the sweet smell...? The sneezing is worth the good fermentaion that we get from the Yeast Energizer.

I like to use yeast nut and Ghost x which are yeast hulls even
with kits seems to produce sound fermintations. PS does make me sneeze
though but to each their own.
