Just pitched its EC-118 yeast.
SG 1.100
Couldnt calibrate my ph55 but tested as is and got low Ph reading of 3.12

Juice tasted good..!!

Looks nice...the pH of a kit wine is not very meaningful preferment due to the effects of the concentration process. It should change during the fermentation.
 
That's a VERY FULL primary. Are the grape skins in it already (I don't see a bag floating)? Might be a good chance of a mess. Be sure to store it somewhere that the mess won't be a problem.

Yep the 2 grape skins pack are in, that's why is a bit high.
The pail is inside a hard plastic cake cover.

How are things moving along? Any overflow?

No, none. I placed the bucket higher and on a small table close to the pellet stove, lots of foams but not much bubbles of the yeast eating the sugar.
