WineXpert Winexpert SI Amarone

With our second kit in the carboyand the third one waiting to go to primary. Mrs Chevy and I are looking at trying the Winexpert SI Amarone. Looking for any comments that the group may have on this one. We now have WE Leibfraumilch,green apple Island Mist and MM lambrusco. Having a blast at this and we just got started in February!!!!

Amarone was my first kit last November, It was good at bottling and had a couple of bottles at wife birthday a week ago and WOW. Can't imagine after 2 year how good it will be

Did you use 1.5" corks or the 1.75"? Im thinking we'regonna use the longer ones to let it age 2-3 years.... ok some of them....maybe 1 or 2 bottles anyway

I only buy the 1.75 corks. there just cents more and give ya pce. of mind!
