Has anyone already started the WE LE14 Riesling? What do you think so far?

I haven't started mine yet, but I am really looking forward to this German Riesling. I am waiting until a carboy frees up, maybe in another month.

I started mine a few weeks ago. Tried to keep fermentation temperature around 60 F. It was the best smelling fermentation I've ever done. Very aromatic.

LE Ger Reisling

I'm thru fermentation, into carboy, and settling out now. Looks fairly similar to other kits so far. No taste testing just yet.

Have any of you ever done another Riesling kit? I'm about to give up on my LE14 ever arriving, and really wanted one ready for summer. Might be time to order something else.

I've done one other WE reisling kit about a year ago now. There is maybe 2 bottles left and it is a very nice wine. Being ready for summer might be a little on the quick side as 6 or 9 months in bottle would probably be best. Obviously my patience is not so good though!
