Wine barrels at Walmart

I wouldn't buy em for aging wine. Maybe as decoration or a planter.

I wish they sold them at any of the walmart stores in my area. If nothing else i would use them as planters for my fig trees

I think Ill buy a couple for decoration, maybe cut one up and toast it, I never have to buy a $40 bag of oak chips again? bk

Great price. I picked up a couple from a local winery years ago. They look great out on the patio and front porch. We put plants on them in Summer time.

I googled Beaulieu Vineyard and it seems to be a nice legit vineyard in CA. Are these used barrels that they outsourced for planters etc? They do sound ideal for oak chips etc, but I would still be tempted to see if they hold water. For a barrel newbie even a neutral barrel at that price is hard to pass on.
