HI, I have a sauio blanc [CAN'T SPELL ANYMORE} its a white and I've been working with it for a while the last batch, I enfused with elderberry flowers let it set a year and what a taste and aroma there something to be said about natural enfusion their's this person in our wine club who made basil wine need to try it ,very mild and pleasing ,or course this same guy made halopeno wine like to take you lungs away,yet it was different

Well,I treated myself and ordered the book from Amazon.com...this OnLine shopping is just a bit too easy.
It is a new book, with no reviews....so we'll see what it has to offer.

I see that Jack Keller uses some of these recipes and then [tweeks] adapts them...so might find some good winter reading...as well might find some uses for some wild berries that are around....

Received my book this morning...Just in time for Christmas....


It is indeed organic, no chemicals are used in the recipes..but the book has lots of information about the chemicals we do use...as well has good information on collecting wild fruits, berries and roots..full of good ideas.


Will be fun reading.
