My blueberry pomegranate skeeter pee fermented dry so I just racked it into a carboy. Like a fool I was thinking about something else and added 9 crushed campden tablets instead of 5. Is this stuff ruined.

I wouldn't think so probly just need to give it a good stir but I'm not positive as I don't use them

If you do not have a way to check your s02 you could splash rack the wine between two primaries buy pouring it into each other several times to get it to dissipate.

Thanks guys I'll splash rack it 4 times in the morning. Can't believe I did that.

If it is still too much you could make another batch and blend the two.
