I made a RJS Cranberry Chianti that come out too sweet even for the wife. I would hate to see this sit in the cellar and not get consumed.I took a few chilled bottles and poured them into a large pitcher and added thin slices of oranges, lemons and limes. The tartness and acidity of the fruit offset the sweetness of the wine and made an excellent summer drink that I loved also!!

Masta,

Why don't you brew up a nice dry white and blend yourself up a rose?
