As per title, finished fermenting strawberry wine from fruit. Sg readings have been 0.992 for last 3 days.

Do I need to stabilise it? What should I use?

Seen different chemicals mentioned and some sites just say use 1 campden tablet...
 
Rack you wine off the lees - you can add k-meta and sorboate - i would add an f-pac now and backsweeten to taste and add fining agent.
