Hi Guy's I am making black cherry,pomegranate wine it fermented dry the flavor of the cherry is wonderful but the pom flavor needs a boost.
I need to back sweeten so I thought I would use either a pom syrup or pom molassis to sweeten and boost the pomegranate flavor at the same time does anyone have a brand they can reccomend to use for this purpose?
 
I would use POM the one with the heart on the bottle ... last time I used it I put a large bottle in a pan and simmered it down to concentrate it then added it so it wont change abv too much.
