Everything and anything! Well, except for mead..... but I will try that some day too. Edited by: Big Port

Grapes, country wines, meads, love them all! One of these days I'll try to make beer...when the winemaking slows down!!

Just about everything except 99 % of what you have made or are fermenting Med as you are the extreme.

Mostly country wines and a few grapes here. One of these day I am going to have to try a kit.

Ive been making wine from fresh, and frozen fruits, and some grape wines for a long time. Also some of the more instant types made from frozen fruit juice.Ive only tried mead twice.I have made saki, and lots of all grain beers.I did some apple jack,on a real cold couple of days we had about 15 years ago.Man that stuff will give you a headache!
