On 2-3-07 I bottled a selection original Barolo. At first I was kind of disapionted with it. I thought it was weak and bitter. It's been about 43 days now and I decided to open a bottle. NowTHAT is much better! It doesn't have that lasting bitter after taste and has alot more body.I know it is still very young but I am very happy will how it's coming along. Maybe it will get even better if I can be patient enough.
 
Back to that old notion of having patience. It's amazing what time can do for a broken heart

We drink a lot of Barolo and just love it. We should do double batches!
