I sent Welchs' an email in regards to sulfites. They emailed me back today. The verdict is in, all their juices and concentrates contain sulfites but they have to list it when its over 10 ppm. They wouldnt specify how much is in each like I asked them to though.

I bet the cranberry is high. Keep in mind that the less than 10 ppm is when properly mixed with water. So if youadd 3 or 4 cans per gallon it would be higher.

Thats why I wanted to post this as adding S02 to this and then trying to ferment this could be problematic.
