......different flavored wines to bottle, amounting to about 30 gallons total. Been trying to get a wine bottling party together, but friends have other commitments right now. I wanted to ship some wine up to the Northern relatives, but it is getting pretty close to the holidays. Guess this is a bad time of year to do the bottling. Either that, or we waited just a bit to long to do it.

Anyway, Scotty and I are going to try to bottle some outselves this weekend. Guess we'll have to eat that corned beef briskit (we have in thebrine) that wemade all by ourselves.

Those here at the Baumgartner Ranch will attend bottling parties, un-bottling parties, move the bottles around parties. Nearly any reason as long as there is wine is involved and you are near Dallas.
