Topping off

Hey gang, I am going to rack over and get ready to clear my 5 gallon batch of plum wine tonight. I am gonna loose about a gallon of wine due to the heavy Lees I have. I am shooting for a sweet wine so I am going to top off with a Moscato.
The question is this.... Should I use a pink or white moscato ? ? Does it really mater ?

Sam, it probably does not matter but (and this is only my opinion) no wine is pink! In my simplistic way of looking at things, wine is either red or white. Ergo, I would say use the white Muscat.
