Just finished MLF on my 6 gal of pinot noir. ph 3.65.
had a brain fart and added 1/2 tsp kmeta.
my calculator says I should have 35 ppm.
my SC300 shows that I am at 95ppm.

I plan on bulk aging for at least 1 yr.

should I just let it ride as is? and let it deplete over time and racking?
or should I splash rack it?

guess I won't have to worry about it oxidizing for a while anyway...:)

Yes, you'll be fine. Just delay the next addition of K-meta by a couple of months. One or two splash rackings and it will all be gone.
