Arkansas is for wine is 1 person is 100 gal , 2 person household is 200 gallon, any thing above 200 gal is taxed hence licensed, bonded,inspected by health dept. i'll do ase ussale 80 to 100 gal per year,, LET ME MAKE ONE THINK PERFECTLY CLEAR::::TRUST ME,, cough , PEACE SIGN GARBLED SPEECH ,,,, cough
