I see from Waldo's primary pics that you have a temperature probe through the lid. What kind is it? Does it work well to monitor for high and low temps?? And thanks for all you pictures .... they are a big help.
I heered it was just a good ole used rectal probe thermometer Waldo rinsed off gently and stuck in the wine. How do you think Waldo gets that good earthy flavor and aromas
It is actually a meat thermometer and it is just as Jim said. It is dropped through the grommett hole of my primary..they are readily avaliable at Wally World
