Ok I have read and tried this wondered if anyone else has. I have used brewed black tea for my wine for tannins. I brew the tea bag for a several minutes discard or drink that tea. I then brew it again a second time for a good half an hour or so .Supposedly you loose a lot of the caffeine and get more tannins in the second brew. My other question is what is the difference between grape and tea tannins other than the obvious.
