Surprise Package

Got an order in a couple of days ago. WE Chilean Carmenere/Cabernet and a WE South African Chenin Blanc.

Lo and behold in my delivery there was an extra surprise! a cute little wine book from the Wine Wizard. I've already read a hundred pages or so, waiting for my baby to finish with her horse.

It's a great book and I've learned a lot already.

I've made the south african chenin blanc,finishes semi /dry and flavorfull would make it again.

We received an order on the 17th. George added a carboy brush in with our order. It will be put to good use.
