I have this kit coming today and I hope to start it next week. At this point, the only thing I plan on doing not included in the instructions is letting age in the Carboy for 5 months or so.
I understand this kit comes with grape skins. Would it be good to add a pound of red currants after ferment?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
