I have two Vintners Reserve kits that are ready to be Bottled. On is the Mezza Lunna Red and the other is a Merlot. I would like to sweeten half of each batch to Dessert type wine and leave the other half dry. Is the Sorbate and Metabisulfate in these kits sufficient for extra sweetening or do I need to add more?
