I have about 50 lbs or more of strawberries

and was wondering if it would be bad to usea mechanical juicer on them.

Also, I was wondering if anyone had a good recipe for a rich strawberry wine.

I'm sure someone else will follow with a recipe. But you can juice the strawberries in some juicers. You should check to see if your juicer will juice strawberries and be ready to clean between every few batches.

thx for the recipe , tepe !!
is there a kmeta substitute for Campton??
what would be an equivalent per tablet? or are all different???

Campton tabs and Potassiom Metibisulfite (powder)are the same. you need 1 tab per gallon vs 1/4tsp for 6 gallons for fining. Powder is chaeper and easier to measure and can be used for sanitizing.
Buy it by the pound for best deal

1/4 tsp k-meta will get you 3-4 months of protection under airlock for bulk aging.
