WineXpert Started the IM...finally!

After much brain cramping, I have the winein the first fermentation stage. The spigot has this minute droplet leakage. After I checked it twice for leakage because it wasn't sitting tight in the hole, it did not leak with water in it. Got the wine in there, stirred it, I checked the seal again and saw this little droplet of wine. I am not going to stress over it as it is a little "sweat" droplet. I laid the lid over top the bucket and placed a towel over the grommet hole like the instructions said. I also placed the floating thermometer in there also like the instructions said.
So......the fun has begun! uavwmn

Congrats, dont forget the pics. Mine as well had that little sweet bead of wine at the bottle of the spigot, it never really fell just stayed kinda wet but it stopped after 3-5 days.
