Time seems to be short anymore, so would there be a problem if I sorbated, sweetend and add superkleer in one step.?

Got a strawberry and blueberry to get moved to next step,as well as make marquerita twisted mist to make for my wife plus outdoor chores. :)

Should be okay. The only caution would be to make sure you do not get refermentation after backsweetening. I might sorbate, back-sweeten, wait two or three days to be sure and then clear. Probably would be unnecessary, but cheap insurance.

I agree waiting a couple of days is a smart move. That Twist Mist kit is fantastic. I made ours late last summer for us to drink this summer and we are down to a few bottles. Picked up the combo lime & strawberry kit for next summer.

When you have kits you can sulfite sorbate and clear all in one day. That order though

Yea I would wait a few days after stabilizing. Just make sure its blended well.

I would wait at least a week before deterring that was the proper course especially after back sweetening this kit, stabilization can may nothave accrued,or fermenting hasn't stalled just to restart again..like tom states, the 3P's take presentence..the fpac should have been potent enough that simple syrup should have been added in thebeginning to up the ABV...(to end up with a 10% abv)..at least this kit Ive made at least 4 of ,my wife and her lady friends love it over crushed ice.............just my take on it
