Just use Champagne bottles- you know the ones with the thick glass and very heavy and with a thick rim around the top that the wire hood hooks up to.


One other thing you can use if you have made beer before is the beer bottles and crown caps. When you need to degorge them, just pop the temporary cap degorge, top up and recap. They should handle the pressure OK and give you more smaller servings. Lot's of folks do sparkling wines in them and even use them for samples. Not as pretty, but are good and utilitarian.
