how long after adding the k-meta and sorbate should I wait till I can back sweeten ?

For most kits I believe you add the fpac at the same time. For my homemade wines I like to wait at least a week.

I like to wait for a few days just to make sure. Ive never had a problem with kits but have had 2 scratch batches play games with me. Maybe the sorbate was expired or something though. One was a Plum which actually a few people have had this problem so Im wondering if Plum for some reason needs more and I forget what the other was.
