Bottled today after bulk aging for 10 or so months. Not bad, but not great. Seems a little thin. All the tartness is gone and there is some nice vanilla from the oak spirals used, but the wine lacks body and big flavors I associate with Zinfandel. Any comments? I know I need to wait some, but how long typically?
 
I talked to someone at Mosti and was told that my SG may have been low due to it fermenting as it was thawing. Also told that I could do a MLF, nothing was done to the juice other than adding yeast and freezing.

Robert- how did your wine turn out? I have this wine aged one year in carboy. I call Mosti and they told me not to perform Mlf.
